What are Training Items
Training items increases the Pokemon’s EV and has various other effects as well. It can increase a Pokemon’s Attack EV, Defense EV, Special Attack EV, Special Defense EV, Speed and HP. Some items can also reduce the effort value of your Pokemon when you used it too much or made some mistakes.

*For items such as Protein that can be purchased at the shop, it can be used when the effort value is 99 or less.
However, with these items, careful attention is required since the effort value will not rise by more than 101.
