Gourd Seed Overview

Once you have the Gourd Seeds, take them to Emma the Physician at the dilapidated Temple. Whenever you obtain a new Gourd Seed, she will use it as an ingredient to upgrade your Healing Gourd. Each upgrade provides additional usage of the Healing Gourd to recover Sekiro’s health bar.  Seeds can be found on the ground, in chests, or in shops through Merchant NPCs.
