Best Classes for Each Character
The recommended classes for each of the six playable characters are indicated below. Changing to tier 3 classes requires class changes items obtained from ??? seeds, while tier 4 requires you to clear the main story.

Why only the dark path for Charlotte? Isn’t she the best healer on the light path?
There is no such thing as a best class for each character. It always depends on the party combination and the quest. Of course there will be classes that are easier to use or are useful in many parties like the Star Lancer, but the best thing about this game is finding combination that work. While some classes have been changed from the original game (like my favorite class, the Wanderer), they will still have advantages in certain parties, but will work horribly in others, especially with repeated skills. In general, it is good to find a common goal and have a focus character as well as support characters to enhance their skills.
Edelfrei is Duran’s best class. Duelist is slightly physically stronger but Edelfrei has way better spells
Edelfrei seems better than both Paladin and Duelist.
Durans Edelfrei class is not on the light path. It’s on the dark path and the choice is Duelist/Edelfrei. The light path choices are Paladin/Liege.

Edelfrei has way better spells than Duelist. They only picked Duelist as the better classs because it is slightly physically stronger but I’d rather have the spells
