|Moves||Use moves without MP falling to 50%|
|Class Strikes||Do not use Class Strikes|
|Healing Items||Leave at least 5 of each items in stock|
You will only have two members in this boss battle but you can choose which character will be playable in your party.
Enchant Weapon with Fire Element
You can enchant your melee damage dealer with fire element. Elemental weapon enchants can be acquired from Item Seeds or through the Merchant Town Beiser’s Night Market.
Be on the move at all times to avoid getting hit by Gova’s close range moves such as Whirlwind and long range moves such as Dark Rain.
Launch Multiple Tier 2 Class Strikes
Capitalize the fire enchant in your weapon and use your hardest-hitting class strikes against the boss. Then, follow up with another tier 2 class strike from your other party member.
Use Light Elemental Magic
If you have Angela in your party, kite the boss from a distance using Holy Bolt. If you ran out of MP, consume a Faerie Walnut or switch to another party member.
Land Buffs and Debuffs
You can also cast buff or debuff skills to weaken the boss. Buff moves can be in the form of attack increase (Power Up), defense increase (Protect Up), and magic & magic increase (Mind Up).
While debuffs can be in the form of attack decrease (Power Down), defense decrease (Protect Down), and magic & magic defense decrease (Mind Down).
Break Blue Vases to Replenish CS Gauges
After spending your CS gauges for tier 2 class strikes, go around the ship and break the blue vases.
Target Gova’s Shadow Form with Light Elemental Magic
When Gova uses it’s Ghostleader move, go in the corner and continue using Light elemental magic such as Holy Bolt to damage it’s shadow form.
Unleash Tier 1 Class Strikes or Combos to Finish Off Gova
Once you staggered Gova, take advantage of this opportunity to use multiple class strikes and combos. If the boss still has remaining HP, repeat the whole process until you stagger it again or just deplete the boss enemy’s HP to zero.
