Costume Change Guide
If you want to change the appearance of your character while retaining its current class and abilities, you can set your character’s costume in the main menu.
You can choose between the Tier 1 to Tier 4 class appearances but you need to unlock them first by successfully changing class.

Does this count for all unlocked costumes, or just the ones you’ve unlocked in the current playthrough? Can I unlock all 9 costumes by respeccing or playing multiple playthroughs?
