What are Altars?
Altars are special landmarks that are found all throughout the island of Tsushima. Honoring them by bowing counts towards obtaining the Honor of the Unseen trophy.

There are a total of 10 Hidden Altars needed to be discovered in the game.
Region 1: Izuhara Region

| Ariake Hidden Altar | In a flower garden located in Houren’s Pasture, Ariake Prefecture. | Purple leaves appear around you. |
| Komatsu Hidden Altar | In a Japanese cemetery southeast of Brown River Gorge and Northwest of Cloud Pass, Komatsu Prefecture | A bird appears and sits on the altar. |
| Hiyoshi Hidden Altar #1 | In the docks of a river west of Jade Hills, Hiyoshi Prefecture. | Fish jumping in river. |
| Kashine Hidden Altar | Between a tree and a group of flowers in Kashine Hills, Hiyoshi Prefecture. | Fireflies appear around you. |
| Hiyoshi Hidden Altar #2 | Within the bamboos southwest of Yoichi’s Slope, Hiyoshi Prefecture | Insects fly around you. |
