What are Vanity Gears?
Vanity Gear are special pieces of clothing that are found all around the island of Tsushima. Wearing them has an effect on allies and enemies you encounter, giving you advantages (or disadvantages) in combat.
Collecting Vanity Gear counts towards clearing the Vanity Gear objectives under Collections. There are a total of 59 Vanity Gear to collect in the game.
