After clearing the Prologue, travel to the river northeast of the Golden Forest to find a man in front of the bridge connecting Hiyoshi and Ariake.

Rescue Banta from the Mongol archers

1	After talking to the man in front of the bridge, cross it and make your way down to the side of the canyon below. You can also just jump into the water to get to the enemies below faster.
2	Take out the enemies on both sides of the canyon below and head back up the bridge to free Banta.
3	Talk to the Banta’s uncle again.

Strategy

Use the halfbow.

The archers themselves will be quite immobile as they try to land shots on you. Use the opportunity to shoot them with the halfbow to take them out from afar. You can loot the archers you have killed for arrows if you run low.
