Walkthrough
Ask about Sensei Ishikawa at the inn – Travel to sensei Ishikawa’s dojo
1 | Talk to the man just outside of the inn at Hiyoshi springs. You can also gather some flowers here. |

2 | Follow the innkeeper. When Ishikawa dojo is in sight, survey it. |
3 | Ride your horse to the dojo by following the guiding wind. |
Investigate the dojo – Go with Sensei Ishikawa
1 | Examine the pools of blood and the bloody footprints at the dojo. |

2 | Follow the bloody tracks on the mud that leads to a hut. Go inside for a cutscene. |
3 | Go with sensei Ishikawa to look for Tomoe and defeat the Mongols that appear. |
4 | Follow sensei Ishikawa to a camp. |
Investigate the Camp – Rid Fort Nakayama of Mongols
1 | Examine the food by the campfire, the blood by the chair, and the quiver by the big rock. Talk to sensei Ishikawa afterwards. |

2 | Follow sensei Ishikawa to Fort Nakayama to get the halfbow. Shoot the candles inside the marked lanterns. |
3 | Proceed further with sensei Ishikawa to the lookout. Survey the fort for the best point of attack. |
4 | Shoot the hornet’s nest to make them attack the soldier and shoot the ignited brazier near the fence. Finally, fire at the barrel on the left to take out the group of Mongols there. |
5 | Take out the remaining soldiers as you go deeper into the fort. Talk to sensei Ishikawa afterwards. |
Investigate Fort Nakayama – Speak with the injured man
1 | Look for clues in the large building to the fort’s left gate, the hay bales at the fence, and the clothes in the wide open building. |

2 | Follow sensei Ishikawa to find an injured man. Talk to him and follow sensei Ishikawa again. |
Strategy
Use the environment to your advantage.
Shooting the explosive barrels allows you to take out multiple enemies at once. Look for them when attacking Mongol camps and position yourself well to dispose of foes faster.
Take out enemy archers first
Enemy archers pose a great threat when fighting groups of enemies. Get close to them and take them out to avoid getting hit while you are focused on the melee attackers. When you hear an enemy archer call out from the distance, be prepared to dodge.
