Bain Massani Profile

Bain Massani is the  son of Zaeed Massani. Kett hunting is his hobby. He has been hunting down Kett on the Planet Eos as he knows that the planet is a “kett-magnet.” He has been tracking down the kett and marking locations to target them. He thinks that the best way to protect the Prodromos outpost and keep it safe is to wipe out the kett for good.

Back in the Milky Way, he worked in the private security sector. He mentioned that the pay was good but the job eventually bore him. One of his “buddies” told him about the Initiative and he thought that it would be a “hell of an adventure.” In addition, he says that his mom died when he was a kid and he never met his father. However, he heard that his dad was a big-time merc and that all he knew was that he gave Bane his name and nothing else.

He came to Eos not as a part of Bradley’s team but was one of Tann’s exiles. He joined the uprising because he didnt play how the Nexus handled things- they played god, deciding who woke up and when they would wake up. He played as a mutineer and when things didn’t pan out, he went his own way. He mentions that most exiles are assholes and they are not the lovable kind. He left the Nexus after the uprising. After he left, he has been planet hopping ever since while hunting kett. He hates the kett because they are ugly and points out that he is a man of aesthetics.

In his experience in hunting kett, they go wherever there are strange alien structures. He has no idea of the purpose of the kett being drawn to those structures (as he would put it weird-ass structures). He gave up questioning the damn things and in his opinion, its better to just put a bullet in their head.
