A native of the Andromeda Galaxy and a member of a humanoid species called Angara, Jaal is a character we will be meeting in Mass Effect Andromeda.

Jaal Profile

A native of the Andromeda Galaxy. Not much is known about him, except that he can be romanced in-game.

Jaal Ama Darav is, like most Angara, a very emotional being. Being a member of the Angaran Resistance, he fights the Kett at every turn. Sadly, he has little to no success in this endeavor.

With this in mind, he expresses constantly about his unhappiness in being in the resistance. Coming from a famous Angaran family, he seeks to win a name for himself by winning the trust of the Angarans toward the new races from the Milky Way, especially Evfra, the Angaran Resistance leader.

The Angaran lieutenant also enjoys tinkering with things. Ryder has to warn him not to tear apart the ship in its wake.

Jaal calls The Tempest as his home.
