To unlock the Loyalty Mission Peebee – Museum Visit, you’ll need to have completed Peebee’s Secret Project and have gone through all dialogue options with her. Museum Visit is a very short Loyalty Mission that involve talking to Peebee about something more than Angara technology.
Loyalty Mission Walkthrough: Peebee – Museum Visit
You will receive an email from Peebee labeled “Ay-Ay-Aya!”. She tells you to go to the Aya museum and meet her there.
When you arrive at the museum, you’ll find Peebee very drunk.

From here, Peebee will tell you that she intends to stay on the Pathfinder team a while longer. When you meet her again, you can choose to be in an exclusive relationship with her (commitment) by answering “I’d want the strings” when she asks you.
