Throw Skill 

The throw power uses mass effect fields to hurl targets away, damaging them if they hit an object.

“Hurls a gravity field projectile to throw unshielded and unarmored targets away and detonate combo primers. Combine with Pull to hurl held targets.”

Strategy

On its own, use throw against non-armored foes, flinging them away.

However, Mass Effect Andromeda hosts a number of multiple combinations you can use. One of these is the pull-throw combo. You use pull to telekinetically carry your opponent and throw to hurl them at your foes. So not only are you throwing opponents, you’re also aiming them at their comrades.

Apart from combining with the pull skill, you can use other primers such as cryo beam and this skill to create a cryo combo. This can be done with other primers as well, resulting in different kinds of combinations.

Best used against 

Non-armored targets, like raiders and kett chosen, are vulnerable to this ability.
