What is Clamperl?
Clamperl is a Generation 3 Water type Pokemon that was originally available only in Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald. However, in Pokemon Ultra Sun and Moon, players can again encounter and capture this elusive Pokemon.
This Pokemon has two evolutions, Huntail and Gorebyss. Clamperl can only evolve via trade while it is holding either Deep Sea Tooth or Deep Sea Scale.
Where can you find Clamperl?
Clamperl can be enountered in the Melemele Sea. Players need to have a fishing rod and look for it in the fishing spots. However, it has a low encounter rate, so it is best to be patient and persistent.
One way to increase the chances of battling a wild Clamperl is to look for fishing spots in Melemele Sea that has bubbles.
