What is Staryu?

find staryu

The Water-type Staryu evolves into Starmie, its very powerful evolution. Regarding its place of appearance, there’s no change with Pokemon Sun and Moon.

Where do you find Staryu?

There are two locations where you can look for Staryu.  You can see Staryu at the Route 7 fishing spot on Akala Island. The second place you can find it is at Hano Beach. If you want to find Staryu as soon as possible, choose Hano beach instead of Route 7. You can obtain it on Route 7 but you’d still have to look persistently.

At Hano beach, the probability of Staryu appearing rises, making it easier to obtain.
