According to the Official Pokemon Website for Ultra Sun and Moon News, the protagonists of Ultra Sun and Moon are ready for their adventure in Alola complete with a New Look for Ultra Sun and Moon. Gone are the days of the default Medium and layered hairstyle and sideswept Chin-length bob hairstyle for the male and female respectively. As part of the New Look for Ultra Sun and Moon, completely new stylish hairstyles will appear. Another change is the attire for the protagonists. The trainers have swapped the traditional caps with more Alolan-inspired headgears. Sunday afternoon caps take over, allowing trainers to withstand the scorching heat of the Alolan sun. Male trainers will don a similar legwear to the Male trainers in Black 2 and White 2. As for female trainers, they will be sporting a fresh light summer wear similar to the Sightseer girl’s in the previous games.

Further information is unavailable, but it seems likely that the new games will retain the Skin color selections to one. Based from the screenshots of the Photo Club mechanic, it implies that there will be new Hairstyles to unlock through the player’s progression.
New Look for Ultra Sun and Moon: Customization Options
At the moment there are no further reveals for the full roster of unlockable costumes. Given the customization in Sun and Moon, it is possible that the rest of the previous selections will remain for the new games.
If the game decides to pattern from the previous titles, there is a total of 5 custom options. Custom wear will cover the following: new clothes, dyes, eye colors, Trainer Card poses, pre-battle Styles, and Pokeball toss animations.
