Rock Smash
In the older generations of Pokemon, Rock Smash served as TM attack players could use outside of battle. Players could use this attack to smash rocks that were blocking their way. In Generation V, Rock Smash became an non-disposable HM which players often taught to their Bibarel to serve as their HM Slave. Currently in Generation VII, players now have Tauros and Sharpedo that know this particular skill. Once they unlock them, it allows players to interact with breakable rocks.
Items Found With Rock Smash
When the player registers Tauros and Sharpedo on their Rider Page, they now have a chance to shatter a variety of rocks. Some rocks are found on land; others are in water. Depending where the player needs to be, it’ll also change which Poke Ride they’ll use. After smashing the rocks, the players can pick up items such as Star Pieces and Star Dust which they can sell for Pokedollars.
