Interact with Hanbei to start the battle.
Speak to him again to begin combat training.
Once you finish training, a mock battle will start.
You will unlock a new practice mode after finishing.
Keep visiting him to unlock new combat tutorials.
After you get the Mortal Blade, return to Hanbei and speak to him. Rest once then speak to him again to receive the Hidden Tooth item.
