Setup your AI Battle Strategy
Target | Same Enemy |
---|---|
Tactics | Protection is Paramount |
Moves | Use moves without MP falling to 75% |
Class Strikes | Do not use class strikes |
Healing Items | Leave at least 5 of each items in stock |
Enchant Weapon with Wind Element
If you have access to Siren Claw, enchant your melee characters’ weapon with Wind property to deal more damage to the boss. Elemental weapon enchants can be acquired from Item Seeds or through the Merchant Town Beiser’s Night Market.
Use Aerial Attacks or Combos
Start the battle by dealing aerial attacks to combos to the boss. This will help build up your CS gauge over time.
Launch Multiple Class Strikes
Once all party members have their CS gauges full, begin launching multiple class strikes against the boss. Start off with your main physical damage dealer first.
Use Elemental Magic
If you have Angela in your party, kite the boss from a distance using Holy Bolt. If you ran out of MP, consume a Faerie Walnut or switch to another party member.
Break Blue Vases to Replenish CS Gauges
Apart from dealing damage, you can also build up your party’s CS gauges by breaking nearby blue vases. Just make sure that you will break only a sufficient amount of vases enough to fill-up the gauges.
Avoid the Trajectory of Rock Throws
When the boss is using it’s Rock Throw skill, you can either stay in the corner or in between it’s skill range to avoid the move. Take advantage of this opportunity to replenish your party’s HP or MP.
Jump and Roll to Evade Grand Slam
One of Jewel Eater’s skills, Grand Slam, causes rocks to fall down. Jump and roll in order to avoid getting hit.
Target the Boss’ Left and Right Feet
At 50% HP, the boss will be out in the open and its feet are exposed. Use Class Strikes to deal heavy damage to it.
Stick to the Corner to Evade Hard Hit
Jewel Eater’s Hard Hit skill covers a wide area. Luckily, you can avoid it by heading to the corner of the arena before it launches it move.
