Different Locations and Areas Showcased in Final Fantasy 7 Remake
Tthe different locations and areas that have been shown so far in the pre-release images, trailers, and gameplay footage of Final Fantasy 7 Remake.
Mako Reactor #1 Core
The Mako Reactor #1 Core was shown during the E3 2019 trailer. This is where Cloud and Barret worked together for the first time in order to bomb the reactor. They also faced the first enemy boss, the Guard Scorpion, in this area.
Mako Reactor #5 Pipeline Staircase
This is where Cloud, Barret, and Tifa arrived in their attempt to bomb their second target, Mako Reactor #5. Unfortunately. they still needed to fight enemy Shinra soldiers guarding the reactor.
Mako Reactor #5 Connecting Walkway
This is where Cloud, Barret, and Tifa encountered a hologram of President Shira after they planted the explosives on Mako Reactor #5’s core. They also fought the second boss enemy, Air Buster.
Sector 7 Midgar Slums
This is where Tifa’s 7th Heaven bar and restaurant is located. This is also where Barret and his adopted daughter, Marlene, stays.
7th Heaven
7th Heaven is Tifa’s bar and restaurant. Beneath the bar is a secret basement that serves as an underground headquarters for Barret’s AVALANCHE group.
Sector 5 Church
This is where Cloud landed after falling from Mako Reactor #5’s connecting walkway. It is also the area where Cloud meets Aerith again and saves her from abduction from the Turks.
Sector 5 Slums
After escaping from abduction at the Sector 5 Church, Cloud and Aerith crossed the roofs of the sector 5 slum houses to be able to reach Aerith’s house.
Men’s Hall
Wall Market’s Men’s Hall is a gym and gathering point for cross-dressers. Winning the gym’s minigames will give the items essential for the Corneo mansion infiltration.
Corneo Hall Entrance
After getting the essentials to get inside Don Corneo’s mansion, this is where Cloud and Aerith meet up to show their call-girl disguises. In the TGS 2019, however, it has not yet been revealed how Cloud will look like as a girl.
Corneo Torture Room
The torture room is the Corneo mansion’s basement area. This is where they learn about the reason why Tifa signed-up as a call-girl for Don Corneo.
Corneo Mansion Sewers
Cloud, Tifa, and Aerith ended up in the mansion sewers after failing to get intel from Don Corneo. This is also where they faced the third boss enemy, Abzu.
