Final Fantasy 7 Remake Intergrade SP Farming Guide
Below are the best ways to farm skill points (SP) in FF7 Remake Intergrade. Included are basic information on SP, SP items, and how to earn SP fast in the game.
Leveling Up
Characters gain skill points (SP) whenever they level up. These can be spent to unlock weapon skills via the weapon upgrade feature in the game menu. To fully upgrade your weapons, you should take the time to accumulate as much SP as you can.
The best method to farm for SP is using Chapter Select and going through certain battles during the story in Hard Mode. Both of these features are unlocked after clearing the game. Enemies defeated in Hard Mode grant you x3 experience and x2 AP, allowing you to gain SP quickly by leveling up.
You can also do any of the three-person battle challenges at the Corneo Colosseum or Shinra Combat Simulator to farm for experience.
Bear in mind that character levels are capped at 50. After you have reached the limit, you will not be able to gain any more SP. From here, you should focus on getting all the remaining manuscripts which grant a fixed amount of SP to a character.
Manuscripts
Manuscripts are combat manuals that a character can read to gain SP. There are four types of manuscripts found in the game and are compatible to specific characters only.
Name | Applicable Character |
---|---|
The Art of Swordplay | Cloud |
The Sharpshooter’s Companion | Barret |
The Way of the Fist | Tifa |
Telluric Scriptures | Aerith |
There are a total of 14 volumes of each type of manuscript in the game. The first three of each can be obtained while playing in easy or standard difficulty. Volumes IV to XIV, however, can be earned by defeating certain enemies and clearing battle challenges in hard mode.
All Combat Manuscript Locations
You’re partially correct in the section for the SP farming. You don’t get the bonus EXP and AP only in Hard Mode, you get it in every mode. You also have it reversed I believe, you get 2x EXP and 3x AP
