Unveiled Summons
A list of summons revealed so far in the pre-release trailers and gameplay of Final Fantasy 7 Remake. Unlike the classic version, these summoned monsters can be acquired early and can be used in defeating difficult enemies and earlier bosses like Abzu.
Chocobo Chick and Cactuar
Chocobo Chick and Cactuar are the first two summons revealed as part of the digital pre-order of Final Fantasy 7 Remake. Chocobo Chick is not from the game’s classic version while Cactuar started off as a rare enemy found in the Corel Prison desert.

Shiva is a summon called by Aerith to defeat an enemy Eligor in the Train Graveyard. She is an ice-based summon that can lock enemies in ice while in battle.
Ifrit

Ifrit is a fire-elemental summon seen fighting against Abzu. Cloud is seen calling this summon before it releases a fire attack called Hellfire.
