This article contains tips and tricks in winning in Kill Quota Mode. This game mode is available in Grand Theft Auto V [GTA 5].
Tips and Tricks: Kill Quota Mode
Kill Quota belongs to the Adversary Mode. This Team Deathmatch type of mode adds a twist of cycling weapons after progressing each round. It kicks off by assigning players with one of the four heavy weapon loadouts from the start. As the game progresses, players will then receive lighter weapons. The amount of players in the battle area range from 2 to 16 players, with 2-4 teams battling it out. In order to advance to the next round, the team must reach the required number of body counts. The winning team is based on the first team that manages to swap through all weapons. If this is not met, the winner with the highest count when the timer runs out wins.
For GTA Online, Kill Quota Missions amount to 7 in total. The locations occur from Los Santos areas, Blaine County locations, and even includes Vinewood, Richman, and LSIA.

The loadout varies across each team, this list shows the weapon progression whenever the team moves on to the next round. The Host of the match has the prerogative of choosing among the four loadouts while inside the lobby.

- Second Loadout
Railgun>Combat MG>Musket>Heavy Sniper>Pump Shotgun>Knuckle Duster
- Third Loadout

Get Down
This cannot be stressed enough, but the key to raising your chances to move on to the next round is to Duck and Cover. It may seem repetitive, but the only way to remain in one piece is to know when to shoot and cycle between cover, and reload while doing so. Even with the heavy weapon equipped, if your head is exposed, it does not make any difference if you do not know how to protect yourself from gunfire during the initial rounds.
I see You
When armed with the sniper during midway through, it is possible to lock-on to your target even in the absence of the L2 button. However, before you pull that trigger on the last round, be sure to find cover.
Employing Stealth
It gets more intense when you manage to reach the final round. The last round is disadvantageous if your team are sitting ducks as it will reveal your coordinates on the radar. In contrast, it possible to get a sneak kill so long as you continue moving. In this way, try to backstab enemies without them noticing and pursue them silently. Since it is the survival of the fittest, be sure to keep your back against the wall to avoid being on the receiving end of an enemy’s stealth kill. Moving from one wall to the next should minimize the amount of incoming enemies, forcing them to approach you from the front.
