The Side Mission Doesn’t Add Up takes place in the Heleus Cluster. You’ll need to head to the outpost in Prodromos and talk to Majordomo Bell-Scott to activate it.

Talk to Majordomo Bell-Scott in Prodromos
The Side Mission is initiated by talking to Majordomo Bell-Scott in Prodromos and telling him “Help for Prodromos” in the dialogue options.
Scan the Emergency Muster Sites
After talking to Majordomo Bell-Scott, head for the four Muster Sites and scan each of them on the separate locations.
Search Eriksson Sector for Missing Shuttle
Open your view of the Erikkson Sector and you’ll detect an anomaly. From there, take a closer look at the Eezo-Distorted Kett Wreckage using the scanner.
After a while, you’ll pick up another anomaly, the Drifting Initiative Shuttle. You’ll need to also have a closer look at it with the scanner.
Afterwards, head back and report to Majordomo Bell-Scott to complete the Side Mission It Doesn’t Add Up.
