The Philomath Warlock Armor Set has the same effects as the Exodus Down armor and the Heiro Camo armor. Bearing the same Restorative Warlock Armor perk, this armor also allows players a more supportive style of play. For more veteran Warlock players, they can turn this armor into more a battle of attrition. Using Healing Rift, they can constantly keep their life bar at full. If there is no Titan class member present then, the player with this kind of armor can serve as a substitute. However, they can also play the hide-and-seek healer using the Philomath Warlock Armor.

• Restorative Warlock Armor – Increases recovery.
• Mobility Enhancement Mod – Increases mobility.
• Plasteel Reinforcement Mod – Increases resilience.
• Restorative Mod – Increases recovery rate.

Play styles for this armor works well with those who like spamming the Arc Soul trait for Stormcaller. Since this armor focuses more on healing, the most common rift that pairs with the Philomath Warlock Armor is the Healing Rift. If using Healing Rift, players can cast Arc Soul on any ally if they enter the rift and use Arc Soul trait. This increases a team’s sustainability and ability to fight in team fights. However, players can opt to go hide-and-seek. Wielding an Auto-Rifle, players can hide behind walls and throw out rifts instead. This prevents them from being focused down by other opponents. With the Philomath Warlock Armor, players cannot completely soak up damage. Henceforth, they would need a more slippery play style to survive.

If the player however wants to dive into the thick of it, use an SMG. The SMG  will grant the Warlock a more “harmacist” build, allowing them to defend themselves.

When the set is combined together, the intrinsic perks stack on top of one another. Doing so, grants the player a more “niche” like play style. For the Philomath Warlock Armor, it allows the Warlock better sustain in combat. This works well especially for Strike missions. In PvP, the Philomath Warlock Armor grants Warlocks better sustainability or in a sense escapability as well.

How to Obtain Philomath Warlock Armor Set

As of now, we don’t have a specific or sure-fire way to obtain the Philomath Warlock Armor Set. However, players can try chancing the Strike Missions. Particularly, the Nightfall Mission has a higher drop rate. Due to the increased difficulty, players have an easier time getting Legendary Engrams there. It also drops from random encounters so, it will take a lot of farming before obtaining this armor.
