Final Fantasy 7 Remake - April 10th Release Date Still to Push Through Amid COVID-19

Final Fantasy 7 Remake will launch on April 10th

Square Enix has announced that Final Fantasy 7 Remake’s worldwide release on April 10th is still happening despite the recent COVID-19 pandemic sweeping the globe. This was confirmed in a post on the official Final Fantasy 7 Remake Twitter account.

As mentioned in the tweet, it is possible that some players might not be able to receive their copy on the release date due to COVID-19’s impact on distribution channels across different countries.

The announcement from Square Enix is likely to address growing concerns of players fearing of yet another postponement of the game’s launch. It was previously scheduled for release on March 3rd but was moved to April 10th.

As much as our team in Samurai Gamers is excited to play this highly-anticipated title, we also encourage everyone to prioritize their safety and those around them in these difficult times.
