1 When you visit Wall Market in Chapter 9, you’ll find Johnny.
2 Follow Johnny and then approach him for a cutscene.
3 Choose whichever option to unlock some sidequests and complete the event:

  • If you respond “Yeah,” you’ll be able to do the following side quests:
    • The Party Never Stops
    • A Dynamite Body
  • If you respond “No,” you’ll be able to do these side quests instead:
    • The Price of Thievery
    • Shears’ Counterattack
