What is the Poke Finder?
Poke Finder is a feature introduced in Pokémon Sun and Moon. It allows the player to capture photos of wild Pokémon using the Rotom Pokédex. The feature is unlocked after the player visits the Hau’oli City Tourist Center. The player can shoot photos all over the Alola region and save them on an SD card.
Poke Finder
Each photo taken can be analyzed and appraised by anonymous NPCs. The NPCs will sometimes share relevant comments, but the goal is to beat your current “Thumbs-Up” record and improve the Rotom Pokédex’s camera. Take note that some Pokémon are only available for pictures in the morning or in the evening.
Poke Finder Version
