Bad News Hand Cannon may drop from Legendary Engrams. Or, players can opt to try buying it from the Crucible Vendor. However, this particular weapon may also drop from the Exotic Engram but has a low chance rate of doing so. They also drop via Gunsmith Engrams, Faction Engrams, and EDZ Engrams.
