The Lincoln Green makes itself unique due to its high rate of fire. Even in PvP, this particular gun has a perk which allows the players to instantaneously reload. This allows the player to deal more damage and outstrip the enemy in terms of burst damage. Another perk it appears to have is to reduce the player’s draw time. When drawing out the weapon, the Lincoln Green can match other quick-draw weapons such as the Side-Arms.

How to obtain the Lincoln Green

While it won’t be too noticeable with PvE content, the Lincoln Green’s true potential comes out in PvP. Because players are too busy trying to snipe each other, the Lincoln Green allows the players to deal damage to a sitting sniper. This particular weapon is perfect for those who like roaming around the arena and take shots. Similar to the Scathelocke Rifle, this gun is perfect for those who like dealing a long stream of damage. But the thing with this rifle is that it requires players to kite to keep up the consistent damage.

Like all Legendary weapons, it has a terribly low drop rate. This kind of weapon only drops if the player picks up Exotic Engrams or Legendary Engrams. While the Legendary Engrams grant the player a better chance of obtaining the weapon, the Exotic Engrams are easier to farm in comparison to the former. More often than not, this particular weapon may drop when dealing with enemies.
