The Gensym Knight Hunter Armor Set consists of yellow and off-white colors that gives an impression of being a very mobile armor that offers sufficient defense against attacks.

The armor set’s lore suggests that it has a deep connection with Asher Mir, the Awoken Warlock of the Last City. Eris Morn, a vendor found in several places in the Destiny universe, often calls Asher as the “Gensym Scribe”, which is also the name of the armor set minus the word Scribe. Although it is unknown why Eris called Asher by that name, but it is believed to have been a rank given to Asher. In the Destiny universe, the Gensym Lisp is a programming language, with the word “Gensym” being a shorter term for “generate symbol”.

The Gensym Knight Hunter Armor has the Survivalist Hunter Armor perk which gives the Hunter improved recovery against enemy damage while the Plasteel Reinforcement Mod  improves the Hunter’s resilience which makes him/her harder to take out in the battlefield. The Mobility Enhancement Mod gives the Hunter a slightly increase mobility which make him/her more agile and mobile in battle.

How to Obtain the Armor Set

The Gensym Knight Hunter Armor Set can be obtained from the Asher Mir who can be found in Io. You can get them as rewards for completing several tasks asked by the Gensym Scribe.
