Scathelocke Rifle
For those who have played the Destiny 2 Beta, the Scathelocke Rifle is the strongest of the Auto Rifles. Players who have wielded this terrifying Auto Rifle often find themselves either killing enemies in a single shot. Or, being amazed by the range. Unlike most rifles, it also has an interesting perk. This perk allows it to increase in stability and accuracy the more bullets it loses. In other words, players can deal more damage by wasting an entire magazine.

How to obtain the Scathelocke Rifle
The Scathelocke Rifle is legendary for a reason. One, the drop rate of this rifle is so low that players must farm for it. Second, this particular rifle only appears through either Exotic Engrams or Legendary Engrams. The weapon has a pretty good perk which increases accuracy the more bullets the player uses. Along with that, the gun has a base damage of 300 which can be quite deadly in this game. This gun often works best with players who are more into bursting down their enemies rather than single-tapping or controlled fire.
There are several ways to obtain the Scathelocke Rifle. But the first thing players need to do is to farm for Exotic Engrams. Those have a higher chance of dropping the Scathelocke Rifle. Also, some story quests drop Exotic Engrams which allow players a chance to roll for the Scathelocke Rifle.
Players can also farm the Crucible which is the known PvP mode in this game. The PvP mode has a higher chance of drop rates due to increased difficulties. Along with that, there are also the Nightfall Strikes which can be done thrice a week if a player has three characters.
However, some players have also mentioned that this weapon is purchasable. There’s a merchant who goes by the name Devrim Kay who stays at the top of the church clocktower in the European Dead Zone (EDZ).
