Chapter 11: Haunted

Old Sector 7 Station – Switchyard (Southern Area) Walkthrough

1	Watch cutscene
2	Examine the nearby vending machine and replenish your weapon or item supply.
3	Follow through Tifa and Aerith’s path. Break the crate and climb up to the train carriage.
4	Climb down and interact with Tifa and Aerith for a brief conversation.
5	Go inside the train carriage on your left. Proceed to the north and leave through the left doorway.
6	Defeat Wererat enemies x3 in the area. Break the crates nearby after the battle.
7	Enter the train carriage on your right and leave through the nearby doorway.
8	Head southeast and find a chest. Acquire a Mythril Rod.
9	Return to the area where you previously encountered enemies and look for a steel ladder attached to a pile of steel platforms.
10	Climb up and go north. Then, climb down again.
11	Proceed to the steel warehouse. Specifically to the white door in front of you.
12	Defeat Cripshay enemies x3 inside the warehouse. Break the crates nearby after the battle.
13	Return to the steel warehouse again. Crouch and go through the small pathway on your left.
14	Before leaving the warehouse, break crates on your left.
15	Head left and enter the train carriage with an open doorway.
16	Proceed a little bit right and walk sideways through the narrow path.
17	Leave the train carriage and go outside.
18	Defeat Wererat x2 and Cripshay x1 enemies in the area.
19	Instead of following Tifa and Aerith, enter the train carriage on your right and follow through its path.
20	Find a chest and acquire 1 gil.
21	Return to the previous open area and follow Tifa and Aerith’s direction by climbing to another steel ladder.
22	Go right and climb down leading to another open area. Then, head right.
23	Defeat Cripshay enemies x5 in front of you. Break two groups of crates nearby after the battle.
24	Proceed left in between two train carriages and acquire a Hp Up materia x1.
25	Return to the previous area and go north this time.
26	Climb up to the third steel ladder and head further north by crossing through the dilapidated steel pathway.
27	After a brief cutscene, go outside the train carriage and head left.
28	Look on your left and break nearby crates.
29	Look on your right and see the maintenance facility.

Abandoned Station – Maintenance Facility Walkthrough

1	Watch cutscene
2	Enter the maintenance facility.
3	Dash through and straight pathway and trigger another cutscene.
4	Defeat a Ghost enemy. After the battle, approach Aerith.
5	After the third cutscene, head south until you reach the maintenance facility doorway.
6	Defeat Cripshay enemies x3.
7	Approach the train carriage on the left side of the doorway.
8	Enter the train carriage and head north. Leave through the left exit.
9	Find a steel staircase on your left and go up. You will be standing over suspended steel platforms.
10	You will be prompted to reach the control room but examine the control panel in front of you.
11	Head southeast of the map and look for a steel staircase. Then, go down.
12	Defeat a Lesser Drake enemy. After the battle look for a nearby chest and acquire a Gothic Bangle.
13	Go back upstairs and enter the nearby locker room.
14	Defeat Ghost x2 enemies
15	Go to the left doorway and exit the locker room.
16	Cross the steel platforms and reach the left storage room. Look for an accessible door entrance.
17	Enter the storage room and defeat a Ghost enemy. Then, break crates nearby.
18	After the battle, exit the storage room through the south door.
19	Look for a doorway on your left. Enter and it will lead you to another chest.
20	Return to the storage and look for another doorway in the north.
21	Enter that doorway and look for a steel staircase in the northwest.
22	Go downstairs and open a chest.
23	Stay within the area and look for a steel ladder.
24	Climb steel ladder and reach the lower northeast area by crossing through the steel pathway.
25	Defeat Cripshay x3 enemies. After the battle look for nearby crates.
26	Go upstairs and unlock the door leading you back to the other half of the locker room.
27	Enter the room and look a doorway that will lead you to a crate.
28	Return to the locker and head to another doorway.
29	Enter and look for a chest on your right.
30	Return to the previous area and locate a chest near to the control room.
31	Go upstairs again leading to the control room and examine another vending machine.
32	Go inside the control room. (Save your current game.)
33	Instead of examining the computers, unlock the doorway on the opposite side.
34	Exit and look for nearby crates.
35	Return to the control room and examine the computers.
36	Watch cutscene.
37	Defeat Ghoul boss enemy. (Use Magic materia in Ghost form until it staggers. Use Physical attacks and skills to damage it further while staggered.)
38	After defeating the boss, return to the control panel you saw from the southwest area. Examine and move the lever downward.
39	Go downstairs and enter the train passage you previously entered.
40	Head north and and reach its end. Then, exit through the left doorway
41	Defeat Lesser Drake x2 enemies.
42	Look for crates near the stacks of cargo and a chest near the stacks of steel.
43	After acquiring, move to another train carriage.
44	Head further north and leave through the right exit.
45	Watch cutscene.
46	Before leaving the maintenance facility, replenish your party’s HP and MP by sitting through the blue bench.

Old Sector 7 Station – Switchyard (Northern Area) Walkthrough

1	Outside the maintenance facility, go to the northeast direction first and break a nearby crate placed beside a locomotive.
2	Go to control panel on your left. Examine and move lever downward.
3	Defeat Wererat x3, Ghost x2, and Cripshay x4 enemies.
4	Cross the steel bridge and break another crate.
5	Circle around southeast and locate a chest.
6	Go back and look for a steel ladder.
7	Climb up and then, go down leading to another area.
8	Enter a locomotive and operate it.
9	Watch cutscene.
10	Leave the locomotive and climb up to the nearby train carriage on your right.
11	Follow through its path until you see another steel ladder.
12	Break crates nearby before entering another train carriage on your right.
13	Go south and leave through its east doorway.
14	Enter the second locomotive and operate it.
15	Go to the west area and open a chest.
16	Go to the east area and defeat a Cerulean Drake and a Lesser Drake enemy.
17	Look for a crate on the southwest corner of the area.
18	Go northeast and look for another crate that is across of the third locomotive
19	Enter the third locomotive and operate it.
20	Return to the previous are where you previously battle and look for a steel ladder.
21	Climb up and cross through the connected steel platforms and train carriages.
22	Go down once you reached its end and interact with a nearby vending machine if you want.
23	Watch cutscene.
24	Defeat Eligor bossy enemy. (Use Ice materia on land and Wind materia on air until it staggers. Use leaping Physical attacks to knock it down to the ground.)
25	Leave the area and watch another cutscene.
