A recent poll by Famitsu revealed that Final Fantasy 7 Remake is the most awaited video game in Japan. This was according to a tally of votes from readers of the popular Japanese video game magazine. The results covered a period from September 5th to 11h.

Final Fantasy 7 Remake is set for launch on March 3rd, 2020. Announced way back in 2015, the highly-anticipated game is a re-imagining of the 1997 PlayStation role-playing title often regarded as a masterpiece. In E3 2019, Final Fantasy 7 Remake bagged the Game Critics’ Award for Best of Show. It also won Best Console Game and Best Role-Playing Game in the event.
