SUROS GJS-42 is a legendary hand cannon that appears in Destiny 2. It appears to be of Solar element, dealing heavy solar damage. It has a lower reload time with high impact, having somewhat middling range, stability, and handling. Its lower reload time is due to it having it drop its magazine. While this does waste bullets, it does increase reload time which allows the player to keep their consistency.

SUROS GJS-42 makes it debut in the beta but also appears in-game as a legendary weapon. This particular gun is made for those who would rather stay in the back line while throwing their bullets. When using this gun, players ought to hang back and let the explosions do the damage for them. However, they also have to make certain calculations before firing a round as to not give off their location.

This particular weapon however is still good in PvE content. As it can take out many opponents, this weapon can tear throw throes of Thrall, Taken, and other creatures to finish Strikes easy.

How to obtain the SUROS GJS-42

As of now, there’s no specific way on gaining the gun. The gun may drop from the Legendary Engrams or from the Nightfall Strikes. Players can also try doing the Crucible in order to obtain the SUROS GJS-42.
