There is a secret ending that you can unlock at the end of Final Fantasy 7 Remake’s playable demo. To view it, you must set the bomb timer to 20 minutes at the Mako reactor core and escape the area before it detonates.

Note that it does not matter which difficulty setting you finish the playable demo on. You will still see the secret ending by meeting the condition stated above.
