Dragon Type Pokemon

Dragon Type Pokemon are known for generally having the best stats out of all the other Pokemon types in the game (up to Pokemon Ultra Sun and Moon) with strong resistances against Electric Fire Grass and Water. In terms of stats many Dragon type Pokemon (most of them being pseudo-legendary or Legendary) have base stat totals of more than 600. This makes them extremely popular in online battles as many players like to take advantage of their generally favorable attributes and their cool designs in the game.

Dragon type Pokemon take double damage from Ice Fairy and Dragon type moves. They only receive half damage from Fire Water Electric and Grass attacks.

    • Hi PokeFan, what is your current team composition? Garchomp and Flygon are solid since they not only have the type but are also partially ground, which means they are immune to electric-types.
