Wardcliff Coil Rocket Launcher
The Wardcliff Coil Rocket Launcher is an exotic power weapon that can shoot a barrage of rockets at enemies. This makes it especially effective for taking out opposing mobs in PvE and PvP. Its Mechanized Autoloader perk automatically reloads the weapon upon picking up ammo. It is touted to be Destiny 2’s version of the Iron Gjallarhorn from the first game.

The Wardcliff Coil Rocket Launcher boasts arguably the best handling in its class, beings leaps above all its competitors (including the Blue Shift). It does not have the best Blast Radius however, being just equal to or outclassed by other options in the Rocket Launcher line. This is mitigated by the Volatile Launch barrel, which greatly enhances the Blast Radius, in exchange for lower handling speed and projectile speed. Despite this, its Mad Scientist perk is more than capable of clearing out waves of enemies very easily.
The Mechanized Autolader perk is also very useful for not having to worry about reloading, though Power ammo is quite hard to acquire. Other perks to improve the rocket launcher’s performance are the Extended Mag to expand the magazine size (but reduces reload speed), and the Composite Stock that improves stability and handling speed.
How to Obtain the Wardcliff Coil Rocket Launcher
You can get the Wardcliff Coil rocket launcher by doing Quests, Public Events, PvE and PvP missions. It is also possible to obtain the weapon by farming exotic engrams.
