This Lost Sector appears at the foot of the hill. To find the Lost Sector symbol, cross the bridge halfway and peek by the crumbled gap to see it below. The hill in particular is the one which directs to chests. Drop down the bridge and head behind the symbol to find the entrance to the cave.

Take out the soldiers that obstruct your passage to Phyzann Drowned Captain who is on the upper opposite platform. Once you take out the boss, use the Code Cache to unlock the chest near a stack of blue structures to collect your reward.
