Every boss in Nioh offers an interesting challenge to players. While some require only a fair bit of skill and learning, others are much more brutal and frustrating to vanquish. There is however a way to bring down the difficulty of fighting bosses to a significantly easier level. This involves using the Talisman: Sloth I Onmyo Magic Skill. This makes bosses like Ishida Mitsunari or Okatsu very trivial, as they exploit their agility to make the fight difficult.
Beat Any Boss Easily Using Talisman: Sloth I
The Talisman: Sloth I slows an opponent down considerably, making boss fights that require strict timing and quick reflexes very easy. This allows you to take on any boss with very minimal effort, assuming that you take advantage of their slower state and kill them off before the Sloth Talisman’s effect wears off.
How to Obtain Talisman: Sloth I
To obtain the Talisman: Sloth I Onmyo Magic Skill, you need to complete Main Mission The Ocean Roars Again, which will unlock the Training Mission The Way of the Onmyo: Adept. Completing the Training Mission will allow you to learn Talisman: Sloth I.
Talisman: Sloth I requires you to first unlock the Devigorate Talisman I and Lifeseal Talisman I in the Onmyo Magic Skill Tree. It has a Jutsu Cost of 5, which may require you to invest in 1 or 2 points in Magic.
