Twilight Mission – The Bleeding Spider Lily Walkthrough
The mission starts with you at the top of the hill. With the skies bleeding red, you can smell the yokai walking around. After all, they’re in for one thing: to rip out your guts and paint the soil with your entrails. They’re pretty much betting on what part of your guts they want. Besides, time to look at the Spider Lily in the mansion area.
Start off with heading down the hill to reach the shrine. Do whatever you need at the shrine before truly starting the mission.
Make your down the hill to find a Skeleton Warrior dragging his axe behind him. Lure him behind the tree because there’s a Skeleton Archer there waiting to punk you down. Kill the Giant Skeleton Warrior first before stepping past the tree to stick an arrow in the skeleton archer’s head. With that, you can proceed.
Continue down the pathway until you spot a large yokai standing in the way on the left side. Kill it before heading down the pathway to find yourself on another forked road. However before you go, don’t forget to loot the corpse nearby.
When you reach a large boulder, there’s a forked road. Head right before dodging the angry terracotta warrior. Kill that thing before it chases you. Then, head down the hill with all the bleeding spider lilies blooming. You’ll reach a Skeleton Warrior at one point which you can either kill or ditch. (Suggestion: kill it for loot)
Next, head up the pathway where you’ll find another angry terracotta warrior sprouting from your left. Kill that too. Continue heading up until you come across a Dweller feeding off the corpse. Kick it off the cliff for a quick and easy kill. After that, continue going on your merry way until you reach a waterfall.
Go behind the streaming water to find a cavern. However, don’t take that cavern yet. Instead, run along until you see several Revenants and yokai realms pulsing about. But they’ll spawn! Uh-oh, that means there’s a Biwa Boku-Boku nearby. You can flee or kill them tactically but, watch out for the other Skeleton Warrior nearby. Drop down the ledge to find the Biwa Boku-Boku. Kill him to give yourself less of a headache.
Run up the hill leading up until you come across a wooden house a little to your right. When you get there, you’ll have a split road leading two ways. Take the one on the left to pick up the corpse for some Amrita and an item.
When you reach the end, you’ll come across a large mansion. Guarding its doors are terracotta warriors. Smash them to pieces before opening the doors of the mansion.
Once you open the doors, there’s a yokai realm on your right. Kill the Tengu that spawns out and then run down the stairs. Continue making your way down until you come across a forked road. There, take the right side.
When you reach the end of the path, you’ll find a Safe Zone with a large house. And much to the delight, there’s a shrine near there on the bridge. If you go into the house, there’s Onryoki waiting inside. Kill it if you can before looting several chests inside. The one on the right – open it for Spirit Stone x1, Unit Leader’s Armor (M): Kote, Hero’s Armor (H): Suneate. The one on the left should have a Four Great Commanders (H): Hizayoroi and a Hyottoko Mask. Grab the shrine before moving on.
However, watch out! There’s a Skeleton Archer waiting on the ledges. Kill it off before it sticks some arrows into you. After that, climb up the stairs all the way to the top. When you get to the top, there’s a green Oni-bi floating around. Kill it to enchant your blade before making a sharp right to find another crystal yokai walking around. Slaughter him too and take the path right behind it going up.
When you get to the top, you’ll find several houses surrounding you. Run first towards the watch-tower where you can kill two Skeleton Archers. After that, you can deal with the revenant, the Dweller, and the other angry Oni that’s roaming nearby. Kill them all before looting the corpse in the watchtower for some Amrita and the Seiryuji Temple Key.
Leap down and head straight before reaching a forked road. Head left and you’ll be back at the shrine near the large mansion. After that, head out again where you’ll find a Spider creature running around. Kill it or ignore it, your choice. Run straight out before climbing a set of stairs. When you reach the top, a Tengu will spawn. Kill it before heading to the temple gates to use the Seiryuji Temple Key.
When you use the key, you’ll find yourself going up a long flight of stairs. Guarding the middle of the stairs, there’s a large yokai standing before you. Also in that area, there’s a Skeleton Archer firing flaming arrows. And at the top of the staircase, there’s a Tengu waiting for you. Draw them out one by one and kill them all. After you do so, you’ll reach another door. Open the door and head inside to fight the boss.
Boss Fight: Ogress
The Ogress is one of the bosses first seen in the demo. Unlike her non-twilight version, she is more aggressive and angrier. Let’s add that she’s got higher HP and her ki will be a pain to break. But her pattern of attack should be the same.

With that, you can reach the end where you’ll find a shrine surrounded by Spider Lilies. With that, you finish the mission. Congrats! You just finished the Bleeding Spider Lily Twilight Mission!
