Nioh and Nioh 2 (including all DLCs) are also bundled in the Nioh Collection on PS5.
In Nioh, Nurikabe are Yokai that blend in the environment by disguising themselves as illusory walls. They will ask the player for gesture to allow them passage to a secret room with useful weapons, armor and items. If the player fails to choose the right gesture, it will attack the player. To figure out the correct gesture, read some of the text from the Bloody Graves in the area. They will give hints on what color you should not pick.

All Nurikabe Locations
The first Nurikabe is found after entering the second cave (after the enemy that ambushes you from a crevice and after you enter the cave with bats at the entrance). You will see a Bloody Grave in the middle. Go to the right and head for the tunnel under the walkway. Follow the path and make a right to a lit room. Follow the path of Bloody Graves until you come to a dead end. The Nurikabe will on the right wall.
The second one is near the second Shrine. You will arrive at an area where a large hulking demon is lurking. You’ll also find a Bloody Grave in the area, where you can summon a Revenant to fight. Hug the walls until you see a mushroom patch where the Nurikabe will be. Answer with a Blue (?) gesture. By satisfyuing the Nurikabe (or defeating it) you will get Bandit Armor, Minoden Dual Tachi, Lightning Amulet and some crafting material.
