To unlock this Dojo Mission, you’ll need to have around 500,000 proficiency with Spears, as well as having completed the Main Mission Immortal Flame.
As with most masters of each weapon in the game, Hozoin Inei is extremely agile and likes to move around you for openings. One good strategy is to position him on the bridge to limit his movement.
