A Shrine is available ahead. When you’re ready, turn around and examine the tapered trail for a corpse who bears a Small Spirit Stone and Stone.

Head to the main hall then turn left to an expansive area. Proceed to the huge room in front, then take out the Dweller hiding behind the wall. Loot the corpse for an Earth Amulet, then defeat the Fiend roaming inside the room. Take out the Fiend and Oni-bi by the sides. Set the bonfire aflame, then examine the chest at the left room.

Return to the main hall then turn right through the hallway. Take out the Dweller on the right edge, then examine the corpse for some Yokai Incense. Get to the Wrecked Ship, lure the One-eyed Oni to kill it, then take out the Oni-bi at the right. Snipe the explosive throwing Dweller at the corner before you proceed.

Examine the corpse at the far end of the room for Horoku– and Kayaku-dama. When you reach the corner of the following hall, loot the corpse for Armor. Defeat the mini Umi-bozu that appears from the ceiling if you prefer. Turn right then knock down the Dweller to get him to drown. Approach the Shadow Realm and battle with the Onyudo, try to lure him to the edge, then get around and knock it down to drown. Be cautious as there’s a mini Umi-bozu by the left and a Dweller.

Head to the next area then examine the building’s left side, another mini Umi-bozu spawns from the water, and an Oni-bi will similarly attempt to guard the path leading to a large chest. Get to the room then take out the Fiend to navigate to the other side of the building. Eventually you will come across a ladder, climb it to get to the neighboring building. Defeat the Fiend on the tapered path, proceed to uncover a bonfire for you to light and the Shrine.

Ascend up the left post to investigate behind the large ship docked nearby and retrieve the items from the corpse.

Return to the Main Hall which leads to the Boss area. On the horizon lies a Fiend with an explosive throwing Dweller, snipe the Dweller then take out the Fiend.Take the right path to come across a corner which contains a corpse bearing Salt and Spirit Stone.

Head straight and avoid the burial areas to prevent confronting the Biwa Boku-boku. Go through and defeat the Dweller close to a mini Umi-bozu sitting by the right side of the water’s edge. After clearing the area, defeat the Onyudo and be cautious of your surroundings as water surrounds majority of the battleground.

Check the right to uncover debris by the boats, then examine the corpse that bears Sacred Brush and Water Amulet x2. Turn left from the door which takes you to a room with some stacked boxes, if you investigate, there is a corpse that bears Salt. A path that goes beyond a hiding mini Umi-bozu beneath the water’s surface, will take you to a platform filled with boxes. Break them to discover a corpse holding Arrows and Whetstone, and a path with an explosive throwing Dweller.

With the 2 bonfires set ablaze, go through the boss area to face a battalion of mini Umi-bozu coming from different sides, as well as a dual wielding Fiend to boot. Make proper use of your surroundings to take them out, eventually more will join the fray, which will now be led by a One-eyed Oni. Whittle each with light blows then back away before they retaliate to slowly but surely take them one by one. Eventually the final fight will be up against a Karasu Tengu. Try not to die since it requires a repetition of the gauntlet if so.

Among his attacks, the most notable ones are his backward leaps or flight. The wind attribute deals significant amounts of damage even with timed Blocks, so it’s better to just get some precise dodges. His aerial moves might either be charges or grapples, which can be blocked to mitigate some of it. However, this leaves him open after he finishes his attack, giving you time to whittle him down some more. This fight takes some endurance, but when you take advantage of his vulnerability after each timed attack, and you will soon overcome the Mission and be rewarded with a katana.
