In Nioh, there are various armor sets that give specific bonuses that synergize with different styles of play. One very interesting set is the Gallantry Armor Set, worn by Ishida Mitsunari, a formidable samurai warlord encountered in the Main Mission A Defiled Holy Mountain. The armor set consists of Gallantry Armor: Kabuto (head), Do (torso), Kote (arms), Hizayoroi (legs) and Suneate (feet). You will be granted the set bonus Daiichi Daiman Daikichi by wearing the armor and wielding the Ishida Masamune Katana, Mitsunari’s weapon of choice.

How to Get the Gallantry Armor Set

The entire armor set’s pieces and the matching weapon can be farmed from its wearer, Ishida Mitsunari in the Main Mission A Defiled Holy Mountain. Of course, you’ll need to defeat Ishida Mitsunari himself (click here to read our Ishida Mitsunari Boss Guide).

The Gallantry Set enjoys the Daiichi Daiman Daikichi set bonus, which consists of some very good special effects for dishing out and taking damage. Wearing the entire set and weapon will also give a very good bonus to reducing Ki consumption in battle.
