In Nioh, there are various armor sets that give specific bonuses that synergize with different styles of play. One interesting armor set to obtain is Genius Strategist’s Armor Set, worn by the Dojo Master Marume Nagayoshi. Wearing the complet set consisting of the Genius Strategist’s Hachimaki (head), Garb (torso), Tekko (arms), Hakama (legs) and Geta (feet), as well as wielding the Taisharyu Wooden Sword will grant the set bonus Strategist of Legend.
How to Get the Genius Strategist’s Armor Set
The armor set can be farmed from Marume Nagayoshi during the Dojo Missions The Way of the Warrior: Adept and Veteran. He is not particularly troublesome to deal with, but you can check out our Boss Guide on how to beat him here.
The Strategist of Legend set bonus offers some useful bonuses to Ki, such as increasing its maximum pool and reducing the Ki consumed when using Skills.
