In Nioh, there are various armor sets that give specific bonuses that synergize with different styles of play. One very interesting set is the Greater Good Armor Set. You will be granted the set bonus Tranquil Foundations if you wear the complete armor consisting of the Greater Good: Kabuto (Head), Do (Torso), Kote (Arms), Hizayoroi (Legs) and Suneate (Feet), as well as the Sohaya Tsurugi weapon.
How to Get the Greater Good Armor Set
The chest armor (Greater Good: Do) is given as a reward in the Main Mission Sekigahara. The other pieces of the armor can be obtained by farming their Smithing Text from the Sub Mission A Desperate Retreat, which also rewards the Sohaya Tsurugi Katana.
The Tranquil Foundations Set Bonus offers bonuses focused mainly on damage reduction and overall lasting power in battle.
