This guide doesn’t require leverage III. However, it does require three explosive tanks and something to blow it up with.
Accessing Human Resources
Head into I.T. Services. It’s on the second floor to the left (if your facing towards the shuttle bay). After taking out the phantoms inside, take every explosive tank found inside the room and plant them on the huge barricade.
Use your shot gun on the little pyre you made by the entrance. The barricade blows up, giving you access to human resources. Enjoy!
A mimic is hiding around this area. Take note specifically of a rogue small cabinet by the lamp, which is near a red painting. You’ll also find some darts and a grounding resistor here.
Oooor, use 1 Recycler grenade attached to whatever obstructions that you need cleared and you’re on your way. That goes for any ‘Leverage items that block your way.
Much faster and easier.
– For those that do not know: Grounding Resistors repair electrical conduits without the need of the Repair 2/3 perk.
