How to Get the Warrior of the East Armor Set [Nioh]

In Nioh, there are various armor sets that give specific bonuses that synergize with different styles of play. One very interesting set is the Warrior of the East Armor Set worn by Tadakatsu Honda. You will be granted the set bonus Warrior of the East’s Honor if you wear the complete armor consisting of the Warrior of the East: Kabuto (Head), Do (Torso), Kote (Arms), Hizayoroi (Legs) and Suneate (Feet), as well as the Tombo-kiri spear.

How to Get the Warrior of the East Armor Set

The entire set and spear is farmed from its wearer, Honda Tadakatsu himself in the Main Mission The Defiled Castle, as well as the Sub Mission The Champion of the East.  You won’t need to defeat him in the Main Mission, as he is under the control of demonic crystals which you only need to destroy. The Warrior of the East’s Honor Set bonus grants you some good offensive and defensive buffs, made better by the fact that wearing all armor pieces also improves the Life Drain skill. This strongly hints at Honda Tadakatsu’s fierce resolve and unbending will as a samurai warlord.
