Sakata Kintoki is an optional Dojo Boss in Nioh. You will encounter him in the Dojo Mission The Invincible, which is a mission that you’ll unlock if you have a 500,000 proficiency with the Axe. You must also complete the Main Mission Immortal Flame to unlock this Dojo Mission.

Sakata Kintoki Boss Guide
The best way to land a strike on him is to always dodge behind him after he attacks. Dodging to your side may often result to you being caught by his swings, so dodging forward is the better move.
Since both of you are using an axe, your movements will also turn out to be as slow as him. Use your axe is low stance for a slight speed advantage, then strike him with combos once you dodge his attacks. Remember to use Ki pulse after hitting him with combos to regain your Ki.
Defeating him unlocks the mystic art for the sword and an Axe Master Trophy.
